Healthcare Hub:
Frequently Asked Questions

Worried about your sexual health? The Healthcare Hub offers confidential and reliable Sexual Transmitted Infection testing and information.
We provide personal guidance and professional support in a discreet setting.

We offer confidential support for sexual health questions, STI/STD testing, HIV testing, contraception advice and sexual health counselling. You can also discuss symptoms, prevention, testing options and general sexual wellbeing.

An STI Consultation is a confidential appointment where you can speak with a qualified sexual health nurse. It is a safe space to ask questions, discuss symptoms, receive advice and arrange testing if needed.

Not everyone always needs an STI test. Together, we look at:

  • Whether you have symptoms;
  • Whether you had a risk of infection;
  • Which test is most suitable for you.

This helps avoid unnecessary testing and ensures you receive the right care.

Everyone is welcome. You can see us if you:
• have symptoms;
• think you were exposed to an STI;
• want information about prevention or treatment;
• want advice about contraception or sexual wellbeing.
No referral is needed.
