If you want to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment by calling (0317-224180) or emailing (info@healthcarehub.nl). If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us, we will be obliged to charge a consultation fee (€ 29,95).

* Do you have a positive chlamydia or trichomonas test result?
Then you can request a prescription directly (prescripion-fee is included in the consult).
* In the event of a positive result for gonorrhea, syphilis, hepatitis B/C and HIV, we offer support and guidance to your GP, GGD or HIV treatment centre.
